  • uludag lemonade - 150 ml
  • blue curacao - the teaspoon
  • cherry syrup - 20 ml

  • ¼ cup of sugar
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 250 g of strawberries washed and cut into 4

  1. In a saucepan, mix the sugar, peaches, basil and water and bring to a boil. After it starts to boil, let it simmer and simmer for another 5 minutes, then remove from the heat and leave to cool for half an hour.
  2. Transfer the mixture from the pan to a carafe, but before that, remove the basil leaves. Add the lemon juice and leave in the fridge until it cools completely.
  3. Put the peaches in a blender and turn them into puree. Then divide the peach puree evenly into 12 glasses and place ice cubes on top. Then pour the lemonade over and mix well with a teaspoon.

5. Lemonade with rhubarb

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 3 cups fresh or frozen rhubarb
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • ¾ cup of lemon juice
  • 2 liters of lemon juice.

Method of preparation:

  1. In a saucepan, bring the rhubarb, water and sugar to a boil. Let it simmer after the water boils and boil for another 5-10 minutes, until the rhubarb softens. Then leave to cool.
  2. Then put the contents of the pan in a blender and turn everything into a puree. After you put the puree in a carafe, add the lemon juice, but also the lemon juice. Mix well and serve with ice cubes.

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 4 tablespoons dried lavender
