Peach and cinnamon cake

In a bowl, mix whole eggs with a pinch of salt until light in color. Add the sweetener (or sugar if you use sugar) and mix for another 3-4 minutes.

Then gradually add, mixing after each, the oil and milk.

Incorporate flour mixed with baking powder, using a spatula.

Cut the chocolate into small pieces and add it at the end, mixing with a spatula.

We pour the composition in a tray (22/35 cm I used) lined with baking paper.

Place the sliced ​​peaches on top and sprinkle a teaspoon of cinnamon and two teaspoons of Green Sugar over the peaches.

Put the tray in the preheated oven at 170 degrees for 30 minutes + 5 minutes with the door open and the oven off.

Remove the cake from the pan and after it has cooled a bit, powder it with powdered sugar, then slice it and serve it with a cup of coffee or cappuccino.
