Meatball soup

  • 1/2 kg of minced meat
  • rice
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 piece of parsnips
  • 2 pieces parsley
  • green beans
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 potatoes
  • a few bunches of cauliflower
  • greenery
  • sour cream

Servings: 6

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes


We clean the carrots, the parsley, the parsnip and cut them into cubes, then we heat them in a little oil until they soften a little, we add water and let them boil. Meanwhile we prepare the meatballs, we mix the meat with rice, boil the soup, add the cleaned and diced potatoes, green beans and onions, let it boil a little then form meat balls given by sour cream and put them in the soup to boil, towards the end of cooking we put cauliflower, salt, sour cream let it boil a little, add the greens to taste.
