Melt the white chocolate on a steam bath and pour it over the counter.

Now we deal with caramel cream.

Caramelize 8 tablespoons of sugar then add 200g butter and let all the butter melt. Over this mixture we pour the 6 yolks previously rubbed with 5 tablespoons of sugar and the 100g ground nuts / hazelnuts. Mix well and let them boil together for 10-15 minutes on low heat until the composition thickens. After it's ready, take the cream off the heat, let it cool a bit and pour it over the white chocolate. Let it cool again and pour the melted dark chocolate on top of the cream on a steam bath.

We keep it cold. Sweet but delicious: D!


Homemade Snickers Cake

I made homemade Snickers cake for my parents' 35th wedding anniversary and honestly I barely managed to steal a slice. Here's the wonderful homemade Snickers cake:

Top: 2.1 / 2 cups flour, 3 cups sugar, 1 cup cocoa, 1 tablespoon baking soda, 1/2 tablespoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 3 eggs, 1 cup whipped milk, 1.1 / 2 cup coffee, 3/4 cup oil, 4 teaspoons vanilla essence. Nougat cream: 4 tablespoons butter, 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup condensed milk, 1.1 / 2 cup marshmallows, 1/4 cup peanut butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 1.1 / 2 cup salted, chopped hazelnuts . Caramel cream: 1/2 cup butter, 120 g Mascarpone cheese, 1/4 cup caramel sauce, 2 cups powdered sugar.

icing: 250 gr chopped milk chocolate, 1/2 cup liquid cream. For garnish: caramel sauce, chopped hazelnuts. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, wallpaper a cake form of 20 cm.

Mix the dry and fluid ingredients separately. Incorporate the fluid ingredients into the dry ones and mix for 2 minutes. Pour the mixture into the baking tin and bake for 30 minutes. Let the top cool, then cut it into 3. Nougat cream: Melt the butter, add the sugar and condensed milk, leave it on the fire until it boils. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the marshmallow pieces, peanut butter and vanilla essence and mix well. Incorporate the hazelnuts and let the cream cool. Caramel cream: Mix the butter with the Mascarpone cheese, incorporate the caramel and sugar. We put a sheet of worktop on a round tray, we spread half of the nougat cream on it, then half of the caramel cream. Repeat, then put the last sheet of countertop. Heat the liquid cream, then add the chocolate and mix until you get a fine sauce. Pour over the cake and garnish with hazelnuts.


How do we prepare the Snickers cake recipe?

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.

We start with the preparation of the countertop, we mix the egg whites together with a pinch of salt. Add the sugar and mix until it melts. Mix the flour with ground walnuts and baking powder and add them to the beaten egg whites, stirring lightly over the head.

Pour the composition into the tray lined with baking paper and bake the top for 20 minutes. For more safety, test with the toothpick, stick a toothpick in the middle of the worktop and if it is well baked, the toothpick must be clean.

Remove the countertop, let it cool and place it on a plate.

Melt the white chocolate together with the oil in the microwave or on a steam bath and pour it over the cold top.

Allow to harden and start the cream.

The caramel cream has put many who wanted to try the cake on the run, I am writing this and why if you don't boil it enough, don't let it thicken enough when it cools it will flow from wheat.

Then, you should use butter with at least 80% fat, the rule applies to all caramel creams or sauces, and generally to all creams.

Well, these being written, we go to work mixing the yolks with 50 g of sugar until it melts and the mixture increases in volume.

Melt 150 g of sugar over low heat (be careful not to burn) and after it has caramelized, gradually add the butter.

Mix carefully until smooth, be careful not to burn. Take the cream aside and add the yolks mixed with the sugar, then the hazelnuts or crushed walnuts.

Mix well over low heat until the cream thickens. Do not stress, do not cut, be patient and stir over low heat always, it just needs to be very thick, when you pass with a spoon through it to see the bottom of the pan. I also made a video after I took it off the fire to see what consistency it should have.

When it is cold it will harden even more, it will be perfect for the cake.

Let the cream cool, please refrain from eating it, I still tasted it because it's good, good :), and when it's cold I pour it over the cake.

We prepare the icing, melt the chocolate with the oil in the microwave or on a steam bath, I put 2 tablespoons of oil in the recipe and it came out too hard so you can confidently put 4.

Pour the icing over the cake and let it cool for at least 3-4 hours.

Cut the cake into slices with a sharp knife and serve.

Stir continuously and let it boil until the cream begins to thicken. Refrigerate until the cream is completely cooled. When it is completely cold, spread the cream over the counter.

Step 6

Let the cake cool again, so that the cream hardens. When it has hardened, make the icing 2 the same as 1: melt the dark chocolate with 2 tablespoons of oil on steam and spread it over the caramel cream. Let cool for a few hours. We serve with a lot of lust! GOOD APPETITE.

Countertop ingredients:

  • 250 gr mixture of nuts
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 125 gr dates, a pinch of salt

For starters we will put 125 g of dates soaked in hot water for 5 minutes. Then we will mix them with cocoa powder, the mixture of nuts and salt. Mix everything with a blender.

Place the dough obtained on the bottom of a square tray (20 x 20 cm) lined with baking paper. Put the tray in the fridge and in the meantime prepare the caramel.

Put the dates (they should not be soaked) in a blender, add peanut butter and melted coconut oil. We mix everything. The mass obtained will be thinner, but after it cools, it will solidify.

The caramel thus obtained is placed over the date and date dough in the tray and put in the fridge to harden.

Now we can prepare the chocolate icing. We break the chocolate into pieces and put it in the microwave to dissolve. Add the milk and coconut oil. Mix well and pour the icing obtained over the cake.

I put the cake in the fridge again for a few hours or even overnight, to harden it enough. The next day it is cut into slices and served. It can be decorated as you like. Have fun with your loved ones and increase your cooking!
