It took:

In a bowl put the crushed yeast, the 2 teaspoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of flour and add a little warm water to dissolve everything.

Gradually add warm water and start kneading until you get a non-sticky dough.

Then add the olive oil and knead for another 10 minutes.

Leave until it doubles in volume.

Topping:

We wash and clean the chicken breast, then season it with salt, pepper and paprika.

Put it to brown in a pan with a little oil in it and cover with a lid.

Let it brown nicely on one side, then turn on the other.

After it is done, let it cool then cut it into slices.

Finely chop the mushrooms and cut the onion into rounds.

How do we proceed:

Remove the dough on the floured table and knead it a little.

We divide it into two (a larger part and a smaller one).

Spread each piece of dough in a suitable sheet, then place in a tray lined with aluminum foil or baking paper.

Put broth over the dough, then the cheese on a large grater, place slices of chicken breast, onion rings, mushrooms and olives.

Put the tray in the preheated oven until it browns nicely.

Serve hot.

Pizza with chicken breast and curry sauce

For lovers of Indian flavors and flavors, I propose a pizza recipe with curry sauce that is easy to make and for which the word delicioooos I think would be a little said.

  • 200 gr white flour
  • 5 gr fresh yeast
  • 6 grams of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 150 gr liquid cream
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 2 teaspoons curry
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 pepper
  • parsley sprigs
  • 100 gr grated cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion
  • olives

First of all we prepare the pizza dough.

Dissolve the yeast in a glass of lukewarm water.

Add the flour, sugar and salt in a bowl making a hole in the middle where we will add the dissolved yeast.

Add water (150 ml) and knead the dough, if the flour requires more water add a little, until we get an elastic dough.

Leave to rise at room temperature for 2 hours.

When the dough is risen we start preparing the pizza topping.

Wash the chicken breast well and cut it into thin slices.

Finely chop the onion and add it to a pan with a little hot oil. Add the chicken slices and cook well on both sides. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. In a saucepan add the mustard, cream and 2 teaspoons of curry. Mix well and pour over the chicken. Let it simmer for another 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Spread the pizza dough and place it in a tray lined with baking paper. Add the diced tomatoes, the chicken with the curry sauce, the sliced ​​pepper, the chopped parsley and the grated cheese. Garnish with olives.

Meanwhile, prepare the tomato sauce for the counter. Put 3-4 tablespoons of hot olive oil and garlic powder in a kettle, grate the tomatoes and add them over the hot oil together with the pepper, basil. For a spicy sauce, add a teaspoon of chilly or hot paprika. Let the sauce simmer until it thickens slightly.

We cut the chicken breast into thin strips lat

Cut the chicken breast into cubes and add it over the tomato juice. Boil a few more, then leave to cool.

Mix all the ingredients well, and the dough obtained is kneaded for 20 -30 minutes, after which it is spread with a whisk in a round, square or rectangular shape (as we have the shape of the baking tray). Place in a pan greased with oil and leave to rise for 10 minutes before baking in the oven during this baking period. The baking time will not exceed 20 minutes on the right heat, making sure that the pizza top browns a little. Then take the pizza top out of the oven and grease it with broth, then garnish it with the ingredients below. When this garnishing operation is ready, leave the pizza in the oven for another 10 minutes.
