  • 400 g smoked sausages
  • 2 hot peppers
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 hot pepper
  • 3 medium onions
  • a head of garlic
  • a large glass of wine
  • a large glass of water
  • 3-4 diced ripe tomatoes
  • 1 can of tomato paste
  • 2-3 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • peppercorns
  • salt to taste
  • 50 ml oil
  • 1 lgt fructose

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes


Slice the sausages and fry a little on both sides, adding onions and garlic cut into large pieces and continuing to harden. We continue with the addition of very large chopped peppers, salt, peppercorns and wine, until the alcohol disappears, leaving only the quality aroma of the wine. Add oregano, glass of water, peeled tomatoes, tomato paste and simmer until the sauce drops and becomes thick. When all the madness is over, add a teaspoon of fructose / sugar to complete the taste. It can be served with rice garnish, natural potatoes or creamy mashed potatoes (something I preferred).
